For this team-based project, our group worked together to design a course on digital citizenship. We chose this topic because technology plays such a big role in everyday life, and we felt it was important to focus on how people can use it responsibly and thoughtfully. The course is centered around helping students understand what it means to be a good digital citizen. This includes topics like using safe online tools, recognizing unsafe or misleading platforms, protecting personal information, and communicating respectfully in digital spaces. We also included digital wellness as a key component, encouraging students to reflect on how technology affects their habits, attention, and overall well-being. As a team, we aimed to create a course that not only explains these concepts but also encourages students to apply them to their own lives. The goal is to help learners build practical skills so they can make informed decisions and participate positively in online environments.
